ZYLOPRIM® is indicated to reduce the formation of uric acid and urates in conditions in which deposits of these have been presented (gouty arthritis, skin tophi, nephrolithiasis) or there is a predictable clinical risk, for example, when treating certain malignant diseases can cause acute uric acid nephropathy. The main clinical entities in which uric acid or urate deposits can occur are the following:
- Idiopathic gout.
- Uric acid lithiasis.
- Acute uric acid nephropathy.
- Neoplastic disease and myeloproliferative disease with a high degree of cell replacement, in which high levels of urates are present, either spontaneously or after cytotoxic therapy.
- Overproduction of urates caused by certain enzymatic alterations such as: hypoxanthine-guanine-phosphoribosyl-transferase including Lesch-Nyhan syndrome, glucose-6-phosphatase (glycogen storage disease), phosphoribosylpyrophosphate synthetase, phosphoribosylpyrophosphate amidopho- rhospheres, and phosphoribosylpyrophosphate amidorans -transferase.
ZYLOPRIM® is indicated for the management of renal lithiasis due to 2,8-dihydroxyadenine (2,8-DHA) related to deficient adenine phosphoribosyl transferase activity. Also indicated in the management of mixed recurrent calcium oxalate kidney stones in the presence of hyperuricosuria, when dietary measures, fluid intake, and the like have failed.

Currently there is only one shipping method available: regular airmail delivery (15-24 business days) via Mexican postal service, USPS, CANADA POST, and PARCEL FORCE.
Regular airmail is an inexpensive and reliable option.

Most of the drugs we offer are manufactured in Mexico, some are manufactured in countries such as Germany, England, France and others, all manufactured by large multinational laboratories legally established in Mexico.
What is the expiration date of the medications I receive?
We offer the guarantee that your product will have at least 10 months of use at the time of sale, however most of the drugs we sell have an expiration date greater than 1 to 2 years
